Staff Orientation: June 28 - July 4
Session 1: July 5 - 11
Session 2: July 12 - 18
Session 3: July 19 - 25
Staff De-Orientation: July 25 - 28

As sessions reach capacity, a wait list will automatically open and campers will be contacted as space becomes available.

REGISTRATION PRICES
$750 - EARLY BIRD SPECIAL - February 1 - February 8 (one week only!)
$775 - REGULAR REGISTRATION - February 9 - March 31
$800- LATE REGISTRATION - April 1 or later
DEPOSIT: A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to register.
PAYMENT PLAN & PAYMENT DEADLINE: You can set up a payment plan for the remaining balance, but all payments must be made in full by May 23, 2026
CAMPER PROFILE DEADLINE: All CampDoc forms and profiles must be filled out to 100% completion by May 23, 2026
FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE:
If you are in need of any financial assistance, we ask that you first ask your parish priest if there are any available summer camp full or partial scholarships. If your parish does not offer any camp scholarships, you can then apply for the Archdiocesan financial assistance on our website.

The first child is FULL PRICE.
Additional siblings receive a $25.00 discount.

Each year we strive to provide the most dynamic program, hire the most qualified staff, and enrich the lives of our Metropolis youth all while being budget conscious and aiming to break even with our camp budget. You can help us to grow this ministry with your generous donation! We especially want to make this coming summer EXTRA SPECIAL for everyone!
AMAZON GIFT REGISTRY
FRUIT DONATIONS
We would appreciate any donations of food from anyone who sells or commercially grows fruit like apples, oranges, cuties, bananas, peaches, plums, pears, etc. We always like to make sure we have a bowl of healthy fresh fruit out 24-7 for anyone who may need an extra boost throughout the day, or with a meal. 2026 PAYMENT PLANS
Payment plans are available, but all payments must be made IN FULL by May 23, 2026. We will open registration in February to allow families time to spread out the cost of summer camp.
If we have not received FULL payment by May 23, 2026, the Metropolis of San Francisco reserves the right to cancel unpaid camper registrations with no return of fees. For campers who register after May 23, payment is due in full upon registration.
RETURNING CAMPER REGISTRATION
1. If your child(ren) attended camp last summer and you entered health history information online into CampDoc.com, you can “login” to your CampDoc.com account by entering your username and password.
2. If you don’t remember your login email, you can select to reset it.
3. Your health history information from last year is stored and needs to be edited and updated. This year you only need to confirm past information and upload a current Physicians Release Form.
4. Complete the required registration and payment information to finalize your child’s participation.
5. Every camper must have their CampDoc health profile 100% completed by May 25, 2025. No camper can stay at camp with an incomplete profile. (They will be sent home)
FIRST TIME CAMPER REGISTRATION
1. “Sign Up” to create your CampDoc.com account with your email and a password here:
2. Add “+” a “New Camper” for each of your children.
3. “Register” for a session of camp.
4. “Pay” for session.
5. “Complete” the Health Profile(s) for your child(ren). (You have until May 25, 2025 to complete this information.)
6. Return to your CampDoc account as often as you like with your Username and Password.
